You must make payments to the SBAB in order to resolve your case. If you pay the plaintiff directly, we will not remove the web page until we receive our fee.

The Small Business Advocacy Bureau is not a free service. Once we post a claim, if we are able to obtain fees or payment to solve your matter in part or in full, we retain 10 percent of the amount. The claim remains online until it is resolved. You are responsible for costs incurred to resolve your issue, but the SBAB will not proceed with actions that cost money without your written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim for any reason. We will inform you of limitations to the services we can legally provide, on a case-by-case basis.
